Reid has dazzled at the beginning of her career, but this feels like a minor misstep because she isn’t given the opportunity to show off the range we know she has. The Nun 2 strives for a mindset that is almost “Indiana Jones” in nature. The franchise is getting older, and there is the standard wraparound information to tell you that everything here is based on the Warrens’ case files.
