Synopsis: In the early 1950s, a young nun takes her life in a Romanian monastery. As it is one of many strange cases in this order, the experienced Father Burke is sent by the Vatican to investigate the case. To his own surprise, he gets with Irene Put an absolute novice to the side. On the spot, he finds out quickly why the girl could be a good companion. During their investigation, they learn that the whole village is terrified of evil spirits around the monastery.
