Synopsis: In 1892, unbelievable Army Capt. Joseph Blocker reluctantly consents to escort a diminishing Cheyenne war boss and his family back to their inborn land. Setting out on a nerve racking and risky excursion from Fort Berringer, N.M., to the prairies of Montana, they soon experience a youthful dowager whose family was slaughtered on the fields.
